純素香菇芋絲餅為足料臘味芋絲餅的純素版,是素食芋頭控必選的賀年美食!
芋絲餅是傳統舊式酒樓的懷舊點心,其材料八成為芋頭,較傳純芋頭糕採用更多芋頭。三點水人師傅親手把芋頭刨皮後,逐一刨條細切,再按芋頭水份調節最佳的粉漿比例。煎香後外皮酥脆,內餡軟糯,口感綿細不膩。啖啖芋頭綿滑酥軟,讓人回味無窮!
